Problem UI with STM32H734ZIT6

Processor STM32H743ZIT6V The DFU can see in PC but the Dfuse Demo v.306 cann't Program and I check some key piont.
Power 3.3V is available.
Reset (25 foot) C94 with 57KOhm works - rises to 1.9V.
The IC5 (ASTX-H11) 3-pin provides a 16MHz signal with a 1.7V amplitude.

After that I programmed with ST-Link V2.
Bootloader to 0x08000000 Fireware to 0x08060000. I think to MCU cann't not run

After Programed.I Press Power.There is nothing display just a white bakground. I try to press Power + (Band+ or Band-).it cannot entry to bootroader menu. still nothing displayed.

In the Option bytes
BOOT_ADD0 = 0x08000000
BOOT_ADD1 = 0x1ff00000
Is it the correct address for booting?

I read the datasheet. edit the Boot address option bytes. the DFU work.
BOOT_ADD0(H) 0x0800 Boot from(H) 0x08000000
BOOT_ADD1(H) 0x1FF0 Boot from(H) 0x1FF00000
The DFU mode can Program. But MCU still not working.The Hold broad current just 50~60mA. The P6 is took off.
