Please explain if there are any differences in the schematic diagram of the user interface with the H7 controller? Or can I just solder H7 instead of F7? Thanks.

There is no difference it is a 1:1 arrangement.
Remember that you upload firmware for "F" from address 0x08010000,
STM32H743ZIT6 you upload from address 0x08060000.
