Title: Measurement "tip"
Post by: SP9BSL on 16. September 2019, 08:39:42

Hello,
during development of dense boards people stucks with many dense points to measure with logic analyzer and oscilloscope. I found interesting solution using acupuncture needles with copper swathed handle . Original thread here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3615910 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3615910). Of course when thing come to print, there were several problems with resulution/quality - I decided to draw all the elements and print them using the abilities (or limits) of my 3D printer. All elements printed with PET-G. If anyone is interested I can share the stl files somewhere. A pack with 100 pcs of 25x0.25 coper swathed needles is a cost ~3 euro, the rest is printing and some M4 screws/nuts... On the picture below my DDC board during SPI IP core hardware debugging.
