Title: AFT09MS015NT1 S2P oder Spice Modell File gesucht
Post by: dl8mby on 27. October 2020, 18:47:26

Hallo OM's

hat jemand von Euch zu dem o.g. FET
ein S2P oder Spice-Modell File parat.
Bei NXP soll es ein S2P file geben, nach
Registrierung. Für welchen Frequenzbereich
ist mir nicht bekannt.

Mich interessiert der Bereich um 1-100MHz.

Hi Markus,
the s2p file data for this transistor starts from 240MHz, not very useful for lower range. Nxp doesn't provide data for low frequency matching, at least i've not seen any transistor which has it measured.

I can confirm. So I have designed my PA by "experimental matching by hand". I has taken some time (especialliy for the input network) - but it is working. The result is a PA which works @12V and gives output of 75W at all bands starting from 160m. I am usind PA double LDMOS FET AFT05MP075. Because of it is designed for VHF, too there are no data from NXP. These parts are working fine in SW. But you have to develop by try.
