Parts placement is not available - nobody has created such a document at the time...

it is in our WIKI (https://www.amateurfunk-sulingen.de/wiki/doku.php?id=projekte:ovi40-sdr:bom)...
If you want and are able to translate any part of the WIKI to your mother language your contribution would be very welcome! I have enabled already some languages for multilanguage-support but only those where someone was willing to work on it. If you want to start in Romanian please tell me I will enable it ASAP ::)
