tnx for info and sorry, I overlooked your thread one year ago because of "hardware working" in my daughters house 
but I think there is one difference on my measurement, I find a lot of less spurious in Xlate_OFF mode..
the "spurious" by your measures could also be harmonics from the built in 750Hz tune-generator...
for my measures I used The FA-IQ-DDS generator with high signal purity (distance of distortions >60 dB), injected to the line input from my MiniTRX...
my conclusio (perhaps the same like yours) :
concept of tx is a pretty toy but not usable for higher power...
rx is very great working and comparable with top first class receivers...

Hi dear fellows,
today morning I started an attempt to attenuate the spurs in the mode "Xlate_OFF" on the undesired sideband over the config menu
"TX IQ Balance (80m,CW)" and "TX IQ Phase (80m,CW)"
and the same for 10m-Band...
it looks quite pretty now, the suppression is a bit greater...
see the pictures in nostalgic quality...
first 80m, span 15 kc

and now 10m, span 15kc,
carrier suppression is worse, but you can't do anything against because of the physical characteristics of the mixer..
also very good mixers like the AD831 have only an isloation from 30 dB LO to IF output...
