Ich möchte Euch heute ein neues (Nachbau-) Projekt vorstellen welches ich demnächst beginne.
Es handelt sich dabei um einen DSP Audioprozessor von R6DAN und RX9CIM.
Die beiden OMs kennen einige ja schon durch andere Projekte: zum Beispiel dem Tulipan oder dem VisAir Controller.
hier die Beschreibung von RX9CIM (aus dem russischen übersetzt):
The device is designed to process the microphone signal and is designed to extend the signal quality.
The device contains the following nodes and with a range of settings:
1) Notch filter:
- frequency adjustment range - 5 ... 1000Hz in 5Hz steps
- filter width - 5 ... 300Hz, 5Hz step
2) Noise gate:
- attack time - 0 , 1 ... 20ms in increments of 0.1ms
- recovery time - 1 ... 300ms in increments of 1ms
- threshold - 0 ...- 100dB in increments of 1dB
- ratio - 0 ... 1 in increments of 0.1
3) phase shifter:
- frequency - 50 ... 1000Hz
- number of stages - 1 ... 30
4) 6-band compressor:
- attack time - 0.1 ... 20ms in increments of 0.1ms
- recovery time - 1 ... 300ms with a step of 1ms
- threshold - 0 ...- 100dB with a step of 1dB
- ratio - 1 ... 20 with a step of 0.1
5) Pre and Post gain - -40dB ... + 40dB in 1dB steps
6) 6-band equalizer - with gain control -15 ... + 15dB in 1dB steps
7) Soft knee compressor:
- attack time - 0.1 ... 20ms in 0.1ms steps
- recovery time - 1 ... 300ms in increments of 1ms
- threshold - 0 ...- 100dB in increments of 1dB
- ratio - 1 ... 20 in increments of 0.1
- curvature of the knee - 0 ... 1 in increments of 0.1
8 ) reverb:
- delay - 1 ... 100ms in increments of 1ms
- echo gain - 0 ... 1 in increments of 0.1
9) signal filter - tunable in the range 0 ... 10 000kHz with increments of 5Hz
10) limiter:
- attack time - 0.1 ... 20ms with a step of 0.1ms
- recovery time - 1 ... 300ms with a step of 1ms
- threshold - 0 ...- 10dB with a step of 1dB
You can select the squareness of the filters as a general filter, and as part of the compressor. 4 values of squareness.
Most of the components on the board - SMD 0603
Development is focused on free repetition by everyone. Commercial use is possible only with the permission of the authors.
The device is implemented with STM32F746, the audio codec is CS4272, 24 bits, the sampling frequency is 24 kHz.
Display - 3.2 inches, touch.
2 pieces of audio input - 1 for an electret microphone, with power, the second - line input, can be used to connect dynamic microphones.
There is the possibility of connecting via USB to both transfer to the computer in microphone mode and playback from the computer.
In the attachment is a diagram and firmware.
For control, 2 encoders, a touchscreen and 4 buttons are laid.
It is possible to save settings in the form of 3 profiles.
Dimensions of the case in the photo - 120x73x32 The
device is in the final stages of development, there are still some little things to manage. All the functionality described above fully works.

Damit es keine Missverständnisse gibt:
ich vertreibe keine Leiterplatten oder Bauteile und starte keine Sammelbestellungen!
Es geht hier um die Vorstellung des Projektes, den Aufbau und die Inbetriebnahme.
Wer es nachbauen möchte, muss sich leider selber um das Material kümmern.
Heute habe ich von einem guten Freund die Leiterplatte bekommen:

Bedienungsanleitung in englisch, übersetzt aus dem russischen von Francois - F4HTX (ist auch hier im Forum aktiv)

Ich habe mein Board jetzt fertig, aber es funktioniert leider nicht im Übergang vom NF- zum Digital-Teil.
Schätze dass der Codec (von Aliexpress) ein Fake oder defekt ist....
Ansonsten läuft zumindest das TFT und die Navigation durchs Menü und der PC findet ein neues Audio Device :)
EDIT:
ein neuer Codec von Mouser ist unterwegs und ich gehe hier von funktionierender Ware aus. |

Neuen Codec von Mouser heute bekommen und eingelötet.
Funktioniert!
Hiermit ziehe ich vorerst meine AliExpress Einkaufsempfehlung für den Codec zurück.

Liest sich gut. Ich denke mal, aufgrund der Kürze der Zeit wirst Du noch keine Erfahrungen im Betrieb mit dem Gerät gesammelt haben. Ich würde mich also freuen, wenn Du es dann mal im praktischen Einsatz hattest, hier auch einen Bericht zu lesen ;)
